Day 30: What changed this month and what you hope will happen in the next month

Yaaaaaay!!!!! We did it. This is the same excitement I shared at the FMCG games when my team won. There’s nothing as satisfying as completing a project you’ve been on. Sometimes, people don’t even remember how great the start was if you end poorly or don’t end at all.
I’m really grateful to God that we could finish this challenge.

Day 4- 30 Days Blogging Challenge

Holla Amigos!

How did your day go? I really care to know. Mine was pretty sane. Lol. I was having a conversation with a new friend and she reminded me that we can’t wait for the day to make us happy, we have to decide to be happy even before the day starts. I was fond of letting the day determine my mood, but I’m gradually learning how to be more deliberate about being happy regardless. You should too!

It was the day before yesterday. I remember clearly because I wore the shirt I disliked. I remember strutting down the hall with my hands in my pocket, feigning confidence which was already lost in that shirt. I saw him; albeit for a split second. But there’s no mistaking it was him. His brief statue darted down the stairs and I was caught in my tracks. I exhaled the air I wasn’t aware I was holding. Something about him sent creep waves my way.
