November Writing Challenge- Prompt 5

Hiya!

Welcome to Day 5 of the writing challenge.

No Single Truth

Today’s topic is a little philosophical. Matter of fact, it cuts through theology, philosophy and psychology (Yup! Had to do a little reading on that). It’s on the concept of ‘no single truth’. Some argue that having a single truth, means the rest are false. But then again how can they be false if those who follow it claim it’s true? Well, I’m not gonna bore you with all that.

Here’s what I think:

We are all trying to seek the truth and meaning of our existence. I hope your truth is absolute, and I hope it charts your way and I hope it gives you life. -M.

We all need a navigation system to get through life. Without it, we’d be lost. That’s why Jesus assures us that He’s the way, truth and life. This is the truth we believe, the path we follow to the father and inevitably the abundant life we’re called to have. Isn’t that just beautiful?! ❤️

Here’s one truth you must know to be true—God loves you just the way you are. And He loves to have a relationship with anyone who would accept Him. ❤️

Love,

M.❤️

DTM: Of Froyos and Sunshine

I searched through depths of his mind- reading post after post. He was intriguing, I thought to myself. He became the muse and today, I’m borrowing his concept to bring DTM. Read more

I completed a book I had been stalling for some years now. I don’t know why I stalled so long but the book turned out to be a very good read. It took me away from my current realities into this blissful state where I’d be staring at the characters, knowing what each was thinking and patiently waiting to see the end. I was quickly reminded about the limitations of TV and movies. In a movie, Tom Cruise is the same as I see him and as you do. But in books, a character can be viewed in different ways by different people reading the same book. Read more
