I’m particularly happy because it’s my birth month. (dancing!) As I stared at my screen looking for lists of things to do for the next 365 days before I turn 30, a wild thought flew into my mind. What if we did all 29 things in 29 days before my 29th birthday? I almost fell off my chair in excitement!
One day you’ll wake up with a smile on your face. Your alarm clock would not disrupt your 7-hour sleep streak and you’ll feel more refreshed than ever. You’ll look at your empty to-do-list, and instead of feeling like an underachiever, you’ll feel hopeful. For in that blank page, you know there are endless possibilities!
But first, you must believe in the magic of new beginnings.
2020 has really been one hell of a ride. Someone referred to this as level 8 of the game, Jumanji. But even if it is, it’s still reassuring to know we’ve all survived and come this far! I know we’ll make it to the end.
So I decided to jump on a challenge this month, to write more and basically catch up with my blog and amazing readers. I really think the challenge will be fun, and you can also do so privately, on your blog, or in the comments section as we go along.
Exhaustion is a common characteristic of being burnt out. And hey, that’s just physical exhaustion. What happens when you’re burnt out in your soul and spirit?
