Welcome back to my blog! With 9 days to go on the 29 Things to do in 29 Days Challenge , I’m even more excited now than when we first started! Thank you for the love and encouragement on my journey. I hope this inspires you to set some goals for the things you really want to do, and then smash them!

Today’s Challenge: Write in a Gratitude Journal
It’s not easy to stay thankful when we’re in uncomfortable and uncertain situations. Heck! I could easily think of a thousand reasons to be sad/whiny than a hundred reasons to be thankful.

But hey! Once you find those seemingly simple blessings like good health, food, internet, power supply, family… you’ll see that God really hasn’t gone anywhere! He’s still faithful and He’s not gonna give up on you. ❤️
I’ve had different journals that I use to express thanks, but I find that having a note on my phone to quickly update things I’m grateful for is more effective.
I’m convinced that our moments are loaded with miracles. The miracle of breathing in and breathing out with ease, the miracle of stepping out and stepping back home without being involved in any accidents, the miracle of opening our eyes when we wake up in the morning, the miracle of having other humans who love us unconditionally… there are a million little miracles!

We just have to start counting them and writing them out in our journals. Seemingly ‘small’ things we forget to give thanks for can become huge things when we lose them (eg your hearing, or sense of smell).
There’s so much to be thankful for, and I hope your eyes are open to see it! The song that comes to mind right now is Million Little Miracles by Elevation Worship ❤️
Each day brings new opportunities, allowing you to constantly live with love—be there for others—bring a little light into someone’s day. Be grateful and live each day to the fullest.

Do you keep a gratitude journal? If no, you should!
Have a lovely week ahead!
