Hiya!
Hope you had a restful day and you got to reconnect with family and friends? I know I did, and it was worth it!
I’m super psyched to be on day 15 of the 30 days blogging challenge.
Unfortunately I didn’t get to write today’s post on time and I was freaking out about skipping a day. Thank God for His faithfulness so far!
I’m sure many of you have been wondering why I embarked on this challenge. Well, it’s like a two-edged sword. First, it is to enable me return to writing consistently after being on a long writing hiatus. Second, it is to regain the traffic on the blog that I had lost from being away for so long.
Traffic follows content.
I’m so thankful that these two goals have been met in the first half of the month. I trust God to finish this with me.
So yeah, on to today.
Day 15: The best thing to happen to me this week
Hmm, there are quite a number things, and I can’t pick just one. Being alive tops the list though- especially when I think of the mad motorists I encounter daily. It’s a good thing to be alive, you know.
I was also very excited on Thursday and Friday when the sun came out after a week-long rainfall.
Finally, seeing my friends from my former place of work today lifted my spirits. The nostalgia of when we were all together at work came rushing back. You know, most times it’s the people we meet at work that make it fun. Days when I dread work are days when I have no friends there. But I think beyond just being polite to colleagues, it’s equally good to make friends. I’m happy I met with them after so long- and it wasn’t the least bit awkward. Gosh! I didn’t know how much I missed them until now.
I guess that’s all for now!
What’s the best thing to happen to you this week?
Love to hear from you!
M.
Went out for dinner today it was such a treat, thinking I should make it a regular thingπ

The gift of life! It’s the best thing as each morning dawns.
Genuine devotion time, not one of routine. This is just bliss. There’s no better presence than the presence of God.
The ease of driving and parking with no stress and not disturbing anyone. This is another kind of bliss.

Sighs. Genuine devotion time is always pure bliss. Unfortunately, most times we get stuck on routines. Driving and parking with no stress… I can imagine how blissful that is! ππ Thanks soul sis!
